Our venue has a no-refund policy, so all retreat payments are non-refundable.
If life happens, tell us straight away. We’ll do everything we can to find someone to take your place and, if we successfully replace your booking, we’ll refund what you’ve paid minus any costs we can’t recover. We strongly recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover.
