A simple 12 minute programme to rebuild your core without guessing.

Diastasis Core Support Plan

Keep the promise, 12 weeks, 12 minutes per day, we start September 1st.

If you've been saying I'll start Monday, this is your Monday.

On September 1st, we're starting my 12-week Diastasis Core Support Plan together.

For 12 weeks, give me 12 minutes a day and I'll guide you through progressive core workouts designed to help you reconnect with and strengthen your postpartum core.

But this time, you're not doing it alone.

We're starting together, checking in every day and helping each other actually finish the 12 weeks.

Normally £89

September intake: £50

One-time payment · Lifetime access

Doors close August 31st.

I don't think most of us need another workout. We need to actually do the one we said we were going to do.

How many times have you said:

I'll start Monday,

I'll get back into it next week,

I'll do it when life calms down.

And then somehow another month passes?

This September, we're trying something different. We start together.

Every day:

Do your 12 minutes.
Post your check-in.
Cheer someone else on.
Come back tomorrow.

That's it. No workout outfit needed, no hours in the gym. Just one small promise we're going to practise keeping.

This time we’re actually finishing it▹

I want you to love what you see when you look down▹

A person's bare stomach and thighs are visible from a downward perspective. The person is lying down on their back in a room with a door and carpeted floor. An arrow labeled 'before' points to the person's stomach.
View of a person's midsection and legs, showing toned abdominal muscles and thighs, with the word 'After' written at the bottom of the photo.

This plan is for you if:

  • You're postpartum, whether that's weeks, months or years after birth.

  • Your tummy still looks or feels pregnant.

  • You notice doming or coning when you move.

  • You feel weak or disconnected through your middle.

  • You want to rebuild your core but don't know where to begin.

  • You've started before but struggled to stay consistent.

  • You want something realistic enough to fit into your actual life.

The Diastasis Core Support Plan was created for postpartum bodies first.

The sessions are only 12 minutes, and the programme progresses gradually across the 12 weeks.

You don't need to do more. You need to do the right things consistently.

You’re not doing this alone ▹

This September, the WhatsApp group is where KEEP THE PROMISE happens.

Every day after you've done your 12 minutes, post a photo into the group.

A sweaty selfie / You on your mat / A picture with the workout playing.

Whatever your I DID IT looks like.

It doesn't have to be pretty, It just has to mean: I showed up today.

And then look around, someone struggling? Hype her up.

Someone came back after missing a few days? Welcome her back. Someone just completed a week she didn't think she could? Celebrate her.

Because this isn't just about keeping your own promise.

We're going to help each other keep ours too.

What people in the plan are saying ▹

And there’s £1000 cash to win! ▹

Because if we're doing this, I want us to have something VERY fun waiting at the finish line. I'm putting up a: £1,000 CASH PRIZE POT

split between two winners.

£500: Kept the promise.

For completing the full 12-week challenge and meeting the published completion requirements.

Daily check-ins will help us keep track of everyone showing up throughout the challenge.

£500: Hype woman.

For the woman who doesn't just keep showing up for herself, she helps everyone else keep showing up too.

Cheer people on, celebrate their wins, encourage someone who's struggling and be the woman who makes another woman think:

Okay. I'm getting back on my mat.

At the end of the challenge, the community will nominate the women who helped them most, with the winner determined according to the published judging criteria.

This is NOT about:

✕ losing the most weight
✕ having the smallest tummy
✕ producing the “best” before and after

It's about:

Doing the thing and help someone else do the thing.

Full challenge eligibility, completion, judging and prize terms will apply and will be published before the challenge begins.

Bonus 5th Workout ▹

Finish your 12 weeks and there's one more waiting for you.

When you complete the programme and submit your final check-in, you'll unlock:

  • A harder real-time 12-minute workout

  • Stronger movements with full guidance

  • A brand-new playlist

  • A final mindset cool-down

Because Week 12 isn't where taking care of your core ends.

It's where you get to look back and think:

Shit. I actually did it.

What If I Don’t Have Diastasis? ▹

You don't need to have diagnosed diastasis to benefit from improving your core connection, control and strength.

The programme is intentionally postpartum-first, and the pacing and progressions reflect that.

If you're unsure whether this programme is appropriate for you following pregnancy, birth, surgery or because of ongoing symptoms, please speak to an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning.

 FAQs

Hello!

A little note from me ▹

I've been a personal trainer for years. I know exactly what exercises I should be doing, I know how good I'll feel afterwards, and I literally created this plan.

I'm also a mum of two, which means knowing what to do and actually finding 12 uninterrupted minutes to do it are two very different things 😂

So this time, I'm doing the full 12 weeks with you.

I'll be getting on my mat, doing my 12 minutes and checking in alongside you. There will absolutely be days when one of the kids needs me, I'm tired, we're away, or I just cannot be bothered — and those are probably the days that matter most.

I don't want this to be a group where I'm the trainer shouting at you from the sidelines.

I'm on the mat too.

We'll get stronger together, we'll remind each other to keep going, and when one of us falls off for a minute, we'll help her get back on.

12 minutes. That's all I'm asking from you — and from myself.

September 1st. Let's bloody do it.
