After years of dreaming and planning, I am thrilled to announce my very first retreat in this breathtaking destination that I am so grateful to call home – I couldn't be more excited to share it with you!

I've poured my heart and soul into creating a retreat that combines relaxation, rejuvenation, and adventure in equal measure. And now, together with my family, I invite you to join us for a transformative 7-day journey that promises to nourish your body, mind, spirit, connection and most importantly, let you disconnect from your world and reconnect with yourself.

OUR HOME

Nestled within the tranquil embrace of Nosara, a serene surf town on the sun-kissed shores of Costa Rica, Casa Kismet awaits, a beacon of tranquility amidst the rolling waves. As the morning sun bathes the landscape in golden hues, guests at this boutique retreat hotel awaken to the gentle melody of crashing waves and the rustle of palm trees. With its intimate ambiance, personalised service, and seamless blend of modern luxury and coastal charm, Casa Kismet offers not just accommodation, but an immersive sanctuary where surfers, adventurers, and seekers of serenity find solace in the rhythm of the ocean and the whispers of the wind. The rooms at Casa Kismet provide ample space to unwind. Each room offers a relaxed bohemian ambience with each room boasting its own bathroom, kitchenette, AC and some offering picturesque views of the sea.

MOVEMENT

Get ready to ignite your body and soul with dynamic movement offerings designed to elevate your experience to new heights! Led by myself and my favourite coaches from Nosara you will experience a range of workouts will leave you feeling energised, empowered, and ready to conquer anything.

Join Leons run club along the scenic coastline, push your limits and unleash your inner strength with bespoke workouts by me and. when it's time to find your centre, immerse yourself in the tranquillity of yoga, reiki and dance or ride the waves with confidence during an invigorating surfing lesson. For those of you seeking ultimate rejuvenation and recovery, each guest will receive an ice bath session to refreshing and reset your mind and body.

FOOD

I love food which is one of the reasons why I chose Casa Kismet because meals are fun and communal experiences. Meals are served in our pool side outdoor dining area where you will feast on energising breakfast smoothies, fresh local fruits, and vibrant vegetables, poke bowls and local dishes, all tailored to your dietary preferences and requirements, click here to see a sample menu.

On the final evening of our retreat, we'll come together at my favourite restaurant for a memorable feast under the stars. Indulge in locally sourced dishes bursting with flavor, while we share stories, laughter, and reflections on our transformative journey. And don't fret about transportation – the cost of the taxi to and from the hotel is already included in the price, leaving you free to focus on enjoying every moment.

PRICE:

Private room: £2800 (£560 deposit)

Shared twin room: £2400 (£480 deposit)

Shared triple room: £2100 (£420 deposit)

FLIGHTS:

Organising flights can feel intimidating but don’t worry, wherever you are travelling from, we will help you.

The first day of the retreat is arrival day so we recommend that you arrive that day via the 11:05 from LGW BA direct flight into San Jose. The best return is the 18:40 from SJO arriving back into LGW at 10:55 on the 8th December. You will then be picked up by your free transfer and delivered safely to your retreat home that evening. We will feed you & you can roll straight into bed.

If you have a little more time, BA flys out on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and TUI has direct flights on Wednesdays. If you choose one of these options you could take the time to explore more of Costa Rica and use your free transfer to get you to Casa Kismet at your convenience on the Saturday.

If you are flying from America, American Airlines fly into Liberia almost everyday.

To reserve your space, we ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit payable by bank transfer.

A further 35% will be due by 30th July 2024 and the balance by 5th October

If you would prefer to make monthly instalments, this is also possible after the 20% non-refundable deposit is paid. Please note that for cancellations made within six weeks of the retreat, no refund will be given on the balance either. No refund will be provided for cancellations due to COVID-related conditions at the time of travel. Attendees must be 18 years old or above. We recommend you obtain third-party travel insurance which covers Covid-related cancellations.
