The Casita Stay + Coaching
£600 per night.
Hi, Im Carly,
Fifteen years ago I started sharing my life online.
For over 10 years I've been helping women navigate change.
As a personal trainer, mentor, business owner, content creator, and mum of two, I've spent most of my career helping people move from where they are to where they want to be.
I've helped women leave jobs, start and grow successful businesses, navigate motherhood or deciding if they want to be child free, heal relationships with their bodies, Increase visibility, stop self-sabotaging and finally take action on the things they've been talking themselves out of for years.
I don't believe people are stuck.
I think most people are standing on the edge of a chapter they haven't chosen yet and there’s no-one there ready to jump with them, that's where I come in.
What Can We Work On?
Every stay is completely tailored to you.
Some of the things we might explore include:
🌿 Career changes or leaving the 9 to 5
🌿 Starting or growing a business
🌿 Personal branding, social media and content strategy
🌿 Confidence, self sabotage and self-belief
🌿 Relationships, Motherhood and identity
🌿 Fitness and wellbeing
🌿 Working out what comes next
You don't need to arrive with a plan, most people arrive with a feeling that something isn’t working and that's enough.
What To Expect
This isn't a traditional retreat, there are no group activities.
No strict schedules and no pressure to be transformed by Sunday.
Instead, we'll spend focused time together over the course of your stay.
We'll walk, talk, sit by the pool, the ocean, a waterfall.
We'll drink, eat and explore Nosara.
We'll use different environments and different tools to help you think differently about whatever you're navigating.
Each day includes dedicated coaching time, but some of the most powerful moments often happen in the conversations between.
This is about creating enough space to hear yourself again.

Any Questions?
-
Yes if you're booking a solo mum + child retreat, children are not only welcome, they’re part of the magic.
-
Fly into Liberia (LIR) or San José (SJO), Costa Rica.
Once in San José (SJO) the quickest way to Nosara is a 30 minute Sansa Air or Costa Rica Green Airways flight to Nosara Airport which is 5 minutes from your jungle home and it takes just 30 minutes instead of the 5hr car journey. I’ll help you organise every step.
-
Flights are not included. You’ll fly into Liberia International or San Jose Airport (LIR) or Nosara Domestic Airport (NOB). Airport transfers aren’t included in the base price, but I can absolutely help you arrange them—just let me know when you apply and we’ll get you here smoothly.
-
Yes, 100%. You’ll need travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and—if you plan to surf, skate, or adventure while you're here—make sure those activities are included too.
We’re in the jungle, which means the odd bump, bite, or bruised ego can happen. Your policy should also include medical evacuation, just in case. It's one of those things you hope you don’t need… but if you do, you’ll be so glad you have it.
-
Accommodation is at a Casita beside our own jungle home. Your home can host two single beds or as a queen bed making it perfect for solo or with a friend or family member, everything is styled for comfort, and designed for rest and connection.
-
We offer payment plans, and a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space. The full terms and cancellation policy will be sent once your application is accepted and we’re ready to book. Travel insurance that includes cancellation cover is essential.
-
Yep—there’s Wi-Fi at the accommodation and you can totally bring your phone… but a little heads up: this is Nosara, not New York. Power cuts and the occasional pause in water are totally normal here. It’s usually just for an hour or two, and it’s all part of protecting our natural resources (and the jungle rhythm we’ve all come to love).
Think of it as a little nudge from the universe to put your phone down, dip your toes in the ocean, or finally finish that thought you’ve been too busy to complete. Don’t worry I'll be on hand for anything you need. This is your retreat, and we’ll roll with whatever shows up to make sure you leave lighter, clearer, and maybe even a little more unplugged than when you arrived.
-
Definitely. Many guests choose to stay in Nosara before or after the retreat. We can recommend places and support your plans just mention it in your form.
-
If you're travelling from the UK (or most countries in Europe and North America), no vaccinations are required to enter Costa Rica.
However, if you’ve recently visited or transited through a country with a risk of yellow fever—such as parts of South America or Africa—you will need to show proof of a yellow fever vaccination on arrival.
For most retreat guests, this doesn't apply. But if you're unsure, just check with your airline or a travel clinic.
While not required, it’s always wise to ensure your routine vaccinations (like tetanus, MMR, and polio) are up to date. Depending on your plans (especially if you're extending your stay or exploring rural areas), a travel clinic may also suggest Hepatitis A, typhoid, or rabies.
You do not need a COVID-19 vaccination to enter Costa Rica.
Still have questions? I’m happy to help guide you based on your travel route and plans—just pop me a message.

Nosara has warm, tropical weather all year round.
Dry season (Dec–April): Hot, sunny, and perfect for beach days.
Green season (May–Nov): Mornings are usually sunny, with short tropical showers in the afternoon or evening. It’s lush, warm, and magical.
Expect temperatures between 28–33°C (82–92°F) with high humidity. Bring light clothing, a waterproof layer, and comfy shoes—nature’s always part of the experience here!
