The Reset Stay
A breath-before-the-burnout kind of break.
The Reset Stay is the holiday you'd plan for yourself, if you had the time, energy, and headspace to plan it. But let’s be honest... you’re tapped out.
So I’ve created the reset you didn’t know how much you needed.
After a decade of leading retreats in Kilimanjaro, Peru, Portugal and more, I’ve landed in Nosara, Costa Rica with one mission: to give real women a real break.
Not a yoga retreat where you feel guilty for skipping breathwork. Not another schedule to follow. And definitely not another group of strangers pretending they're fine.
Just sunshine, movement, stillness, and 1:1 support, without the pressure to perform, fix, or figure it all out.
What It Actually Is:
A three to seven day stay in your own private casita on our jungle property in Nosara. A holiday with depth. A reset that feels like exhaling. A “do-less-to-feel-more” kind of week.
Come solo, bring your mum, your best friend, or your child. This is your space, your pace, and I’m here to help you feel supported, strong, and a little bit sparkly again.
Who It’s For:
Burnt-out mums who want to bring their child and feel rested.
Women who want their boldness and softness back
Friends needing connection, sunshine, and no emotional load
Entrepreneurs wanting clarity, barefoot, glowing, and rebranded.
What’s Included:
Your own private casita under the trees (feels like a Pinterest board)
A spa welcome day to fully land and melt the tension off your body
Daily movement tailored to you: Pilates, circuits, or a reset run
All meals cooked by a private chef (no planning, no dishes)
One activity per day: surfing, horse riding, pottery or an adventure
Gentle 1:1 coaching and check-ins to help you feel held without the overwhelm
Planning, booking, hosting, all handled by me so you can just be.
Not included: Flights, transfers, insurance or any additional activities or meals not confirmed in final price.
Travel Info:
Fly into Liberia (LIR) or San José (SJO), Costa Rica.
To save time and to really see Costa Rica, I recommend hopping on a Sansa Air flight to Nosara, it takes just 30 minutes instead of the 5 hr car journey and costs around $100 and so worth it. I’ll help you organise every step.
Pricing Guide:
Adults from £2800 per person depending on length of stay.
Children under 12 from £850–£950
Flights and transfers not included. Payment plans available.
Nervous About the Price?
This isn’t just a holiday. It’s a reset for your nervous system. A week without decisions, dishes, or the mental load. A chance to remember what it feels like to be you.
And honestly? You are worth every penny.
Optional Extras:
For Business Women
Branding shoot
Strategy or mindset sessions

Kind Words From Retreat Guests:
Any Questions?
-
Yes, absolutely. Our chef is incredible and can tailor meals to suit most dietary needs including vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free. We also love incorporating fresh, local Costa Rican ingredients so you get to taste the soul of where we are. You’ll be asked about preferences and allergies when you book just make sure to let us know.
-
Yes if you're booking a solo mum + child retreat or a family retreat, children are not only welcome, they’re part of the magic. If you’re booking a business or friendship retreat, the focus is adult-only space, so we’d recommend planning to reunite with your family after the experience ends.
-
Flights are not included. You’ll fly into Liberia International or San Jose Airport (LIR) or Nosara Domestic Airport (NOB). Airport transfers aren’t included in the base price, but I can absolutely help you arrange them—just let me know when you apply and we’ll get you here smoothly.
-
Yes, 100%. You’ll need travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and—if you plan to surf, skate, or adventure while you're here—make sure those activities are included too.
We’re in the jungle, which means the odd bump, bite, or bruised ego can happen. Your policy should also include medical evacuation, just in case. It's one of those things you hope you don’t need… but if you do, you’ll be so glad you have it.
-
Accommodation is at a Casita beside our own jungle home. Your home can host two single beds or as a queen bed making it perfect for solo or with a friend or family member, everything is styled for comfort, and designed for rest and connection.
-
We offer payment plans, and a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space. The full terms and cancellation policy will be sent once your application is accepted and we’re ready to book. Travel insurance that includes cancellation cover is essential.
-
Yep—there’s Wi-Fi at the accommodation and you can totally bring your phone… but a little heads up: this is Nosara, not New York. Power cuts and the occasional pause in water are totally normal here. It’s usually just for an hour or two, and it’s all part of protecting our natural resources (and the jungle rhythm we’ve all come to love).
Think of it as a little nudge from the universe to put your phone down, dip your toes in the ocean, or finally finish that thought you’ve been too busy to complete. Don’t worry I'll be on hand for anything you need. This is your retreat, and we’ll roll with whatever shows up to make sure you leave lighter, clearer, and maybe even a little more unplugged than when you arrived.
-
Yes, always. This isn’t a bootcamp. Each retreat blends structure with space whether that’s journaling on the deck, wandering the beach, or napping in a hammock.
-
Definitely. Many guests choose to stay in Nosara before or after the retreat. We can recommend places and support your plans just mention it in your form.

If you're travelling from the UK (or most countries in Europe and North America), no vaccinations are required to enter Costa Rica.
However, if you’ve recently visited or transited through a country with a risk of yellow fever—such as parts of South America or Africa—you will need to show proof of a yellow fever vaccination on arrival.
For most retreat guests, this doesn't apply. But if you're unsure, just check with your airline or a travel clinic.
While not required, it’s always wise to ensure your routine vaccinations (like tetanus, MMR, and polio) are up to date. Depending on your plans (especially if you're extending your stay or exploring rural areas), a travel clinic may also suggest Hepatitis A, typhoid, or rabies.
You do not need a COVID-19 vaccination to enter Costa Rica.
Still have questions? I’m happy to help guide you based on your travel route and plans—just pop me a message.

Nosara has warm, tropical weather all year round.
Dry season (Dec–April): Hot, sunny, and perfect for beach days.
Green season (May–Nov): Mornings are usually sunny, with short tropical showers in the afternoon or evening. It’s lush, warm, and magical.
Expect temperatures between 28–33°C (82–92°F) with high humidity. Bring light clothing, a waterproof layer, and comfy shoes—nature’s always part of the experience here!
