After the success of our last Sweat, Stretch and Smile Retreat myself and best friend and Yoga teacher Cat Meffan have decided to do it all over again but this time in Norfolk, from Friday 28th September until Monday 1st October 2018 for four days of pure escape, enjoyment and of course fitness!

Our Home: We will be taking over the beautiful Fishley Hall, a 17th-century Manor House set in the beautiful countryside just 10 miles from the Norfolk coast and 15 minutes from Norwich city centre. The house sleeps up to 16 and depending on the weather we will either be in its beautiful, spacious conservatory which has underfloor heating, the beautiful barn or in the stunning grounds outside. Fishley Hall holds amazing memories for me as its actually where I got married last year, trust me its beautiful or if you don’t trust me just watch the video!

Food: Anyone who follows myself and Cat will know how much we adore our food, so you can expect amazing meals throughout the retreat from the amazing Henry aka “The Invisible Chef” on Instagram. To make everything easier we will be serving a Vegan based diet but will of course cater for any other reasonable dietary requirements. However you are more than welcome to pack snacks should you have foods you cannot live without! 

Fitness: During your stay with us you have the option to sweat with me or get bendy and challenge your mind with Cat. We have scheduled two workouts per day and you can wake up and choose which suits you best or even get out into the countryside for a run or walk!  We will also be putting you through your paces with a special visit from local CrossFit Box Spitfire, Dave and his incredible team will have you picking up tyres, cursing over burpees and smiling from the inside out!

Workshop: Myself and Cat believe that it’s good to get back to basics and bring out your creative side which is why we are so excited to have local artist Anita who will be taking us through a hands on art class. (No previous drawing experience needed)

Friday 28th:

4pm onwards: Arrival at Fishley Hall, get settled, unpack and explore!

5 – 6pm: Welcome circle and 30 minute Yoga Practice & Workout.

7:30pm: Welcome dinner.


Saturday 29th

8am: Pre workout wakeup tea or smoothie.

9 – 10am: “Body Blitz” with Carly.

10am: Breakfast

11am: Free time

1pm: Lunch

2pm: Craft Workshop

5 – 6pm: Yoga Session

7pm: Dinner

9pm: Girls Film night in, bring your Pjs!


Sunday 30th

8am: Pre workout wakeup tea or smoothie.

9 – 10am: Wake up Yoga

10am: Breakfast

11am: CrossFit Workout

1pm: Lunch

2:30 – 5pm :

5 – 6pm: Lets find your Abs Session!

7pm: Dinner

9pm: Yoga Nidra


Monday 1st October:

8:30 – 9:30am: Yoga or Workout & closing circle.

9:30am: Breakfast

11am: Check out.


  • 1x Triple room = £550 per person.
  • 4x Twin Room = £610 per person
  • 2x Classic Single Room, one with ensuite and one sharing a larger bathroom with shower and bath with one twin room = £720 per person
  • One super luxury ‘Bridal Suite’ double bed with gorgeous ensuite – £800 per person.

* Rooms not described as ensuite share a bathroom with one other room. Please not all bathrooms are large and spacious, with plenty of space to share. Twin and triple rooms will be allocated randomly, unless you request to share with someone.

*Please note that a non refundable deposit of £25% will be payable upon booking. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full by July 27th.

Whats included: 2x Daily Classes (1x Yoga, 1x Workout) Accomodation at Fishley Hall. 1x Painting Workshop, 1x evening Yoga Nidra, 1x CrossFit Workshop, Three meals per day including teas / coffees  and morning refreshments.

What’s not included: 

Travel to Fishley Hall / Flights / Taxis. Extra food whilst out of the house. Alcohol, this isn’t something we provide at our retreats and would prefer everyone to abstain for the duration of the retreat.
