Words cannot describe how happy I am to finally being able to share with you my workout cards! For little under a year, I’ve been busy behind the scenes creating your new exercise essential, the perfect travel partner and a fun way to workout.
As a qualified Personal Trainer I’ve seen first hand the obstacles that hold us back from reaching our goals and would try to educate my clients by telling them to write down the exercises we did during our PT sessions. My workout cards were born from this advice as I wanted to capture the moves you should be performing during your own work out sessions.
These cards are the perfect tool to not only educate you on how to exercise but to help you burn fat, build muscle, improve mobility and enhance your fitness levels. I know what it’s like to lead a busy lifestyle and so these workouts are determined by you, all you have to do is determine the amount of time you have available and pick the number of cards to suit your timeframe.
There are over 46 individual exercises and 8 set workouts at the back of each pack to give you a little inspiration. Once you’ve got the hang of those you can go rogue and pick your own cards from Upper, Legs, Abs and Cardio. Each pack has a picture of the exercise and a description of how to perform the move on the back, as well as a guide on reps, sets and rest and even come with a selection of motivational quotes to keep you on the fitness wagon! Each pack is smaller than a pack of playing cards making them perfect to take with you wherever you go.

I knew I wanted to release my very own Pregnancy Pack to help you stay on top of your fitness levels, boost endorphins, correct posture and balance your mental wellbeing.
