I can’t believe it’s crept up on me so quickly but it’s here, Christmas is around the corner! I’m actually going to be spending Christmas in America this year so feel beyond behind with the Christmas spirit. However, putting this gift guide together got me super excited to buy all the ones I love some beautiful treats! This guide features my favourite fitness accessories, clothing, beauty products and of course party outfits! I’d love to hear what you’re buying the ones you love. Are you all sorted? Teach me your ways!
CrossFit: I’ve been at CrossFit for nearly a year now and I wish I’d added some of these gifts to my Christmas wish list last year! Gloves or WODies (chalk and a skipping rope make for the perfect accessory to any WOD), along with the gorgeous Reebok Nano 7 or Legacy Lifter, they’ll get you reaching your next PB in no time!
Runner: There’s something about a new year and the fact that the London Marathon will be around again in no time that gets people hitting the streets. Opt for a workout top that moves sweat away from your skin and keeps you warm on frosty mornings, a sports bag that will actually do its job and not just frustrate you mid run and these trainers to get you across the finishing line!
Yoga: Something I intend on getting much better at this year! It’s certainly time to invest in the right yoga mat and I’ve found that this mat by Yogi-Bare is the best one to stop you slipping mid down-dog, accompanied with this block, straps or wheel to get you reaching that little bit further and these Sweaty Betty socks to keep your toes warm on winter mornings.
Beginner: We all have to start somewhere and your gift could be the little nudge they needed. A little self-plug here with my very own 12-week transformation Get Gorgeous Guide which features a private community, weekly emails, videos on form and can be used at home or in the gym! Other epic gifts would include a Spotify or ASOS voucher, these amazing New Balance Leggings or perhaps a subscription to Women’s Health magazine.
Foodie: The best type of gifts come in food form. For those of you with a little more money in the bank I can’t recommend a Nutribullet or Magimix more and my current go-to recipe books are ‘Eat Well, Move better and Feel Awesome‘, ‘The Vertue Method‘ and ‘Renourish’. Just remember you can’t just live on healthy desserts…or can you? Photo credit: Jenna Mckone.
