THE ONLY CRISPS YOU’LL NEED! | HEALTHY TORTILLA RECIPE

Is there really anything better than crisps with dip and night with friends? It’s something I always miss the most when trying to stick to the healthy bandwagon, which is why I came up with these guilt free, homemade option for you all to enjoy!

Ingredients: 2 gluten free tortilla wraps, 1 cal extra virgin olive oil spray (optional) Salt, Pepper and / or Paprika.

Recipe: Preheat your oven to 180’c while you prepare your Tortilla Crisps. Fold each Tortilla in half and then half again. Using scissors cut the tortilla into bite size pieces, whatever shape you desire. Next split up each crisp and pop into a bowl. Add salt, pepper, olive oil (or coconut oil) and paprika, mix together using either clean hands or a spoon until each crisp is coated. Line a tray with baking paper and evenly spread out the crisps, pop into the over for 7 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Mashed Avocado, homemade hummus or on their own!
