VEGAN TORTILLA PIZZA RECIPE.

Beauty comes in all shapes and size, large, circle, square, thin crusht, thick crust, stuffed crust and now Tortilla crust. Not only is this pizza 2 of your 5 a day, it’s gluten free, vegan and only 180 calories in total!

Ingredients: 2 gluten free tortilla wraps,
Tomato Puree,
1 cal extra virgin olive oil spray (optional)
Mixture of bell peppers and onions,
1 clove of Garlic.
1 Chopped Broccoli.

Recipe: Preheat your oven to 190c while you prepare your pizza. Next spread tomato puree onto the front of two tortillas with 1 cal extra virgin spray and then place on top of each other. Arrange your vegetables on top of your pizza and then place into your oven for around 10 – 15minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Devour hot or cold, it will keep in your fridge for 1-2 days as long as covered. I’d love to see your recreations of this pizza, it really has become one of my go-to meals and everyone enjoys it!
