Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, large, circle, square, thin crust, thick crust, stuffed crust and now Tortilla crust. Not only is this pizza 2 of your 5 a day, but it’s also gluten-free, vegan and only 180 calories in total!

Ingredients: 2 Gluten-Free Tortilla Wraps
Tomato Puree
1 Calorie Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray (optional)
Mixture of Bell Peppers and Onions
1 Clove of Garlic.
1 Chopped Broccoli.

Recipe: Preheat your oven to 190*C whilst you prepare your pizza. Next spread tomato puree onto the front of two tortillas, spray with the 1 cal extra virgin olive oil and then place on top of each other. Arrange your vegetables on top of your pizza and then place into your oven for around 10 – 15minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Devour hot or cold, it will keep in your fridge for 1-2 days as long as covered. I’d love to see your recreations of this pizza, it really has become one of my go-to meals and everyone enjoys it!
