NOT FOR SHARING | ROASTED PEACHES

If i was ever given the choice of main or desert it would always be desert. I have always had a sweet tooth which is why I invested in an electric toothbrush as soon as I could. Lots of you have been asking me for some simple and healthy(ish) desert recipes and this is one I just couldn’t wait to share! It can also be recreated with apples, nectarines or pears so take your pick or roast them all!
Ingredients, 3 peaches, 3tbs of Disaronno, one cup brown sugar and two or three sprigs of fresh Rosemary.
Recipe, Pre-heat oven to 425’F and melt coconut oil in frying pan. Cut peaches in half, remove stone and place face down in frying pan, leave for three to five minutes. While peaches are cooking you can create the sauce. Mix together one cup of brown sugar, three chopped sprigs of Fresh Rosemary and 3tbs of Disaronno with blender. Transfer peaches onto a tray face up and drizzle sauce over the top. Pop in the oven for ten minutes and voila. Now the tricky part, will you have any left to share? 
 
This desert is perfect for anytime of year and although has some no-so-healthy ingredients it’s not going to leave you feeling like you need to get your butt to the gym asap.
