THE EASIEST HEALTHY CHICKEN DISH RECIPE, EVER.

It’s the perfect stereotype, passed from lunchbox to lunchbox amongst the fitness community and something i had never fancied trying until I created the tastiest and easiest recipe going. Since starting my Fresh Herbs competition i’ve found myself looking at food groups and meals in a completely different way.  Most meals are all about flavour and adding fresh herbs like Basil for this dish really made the difference.
You will need, 3 chicken breasts, nine or 10 fresh basil leaves, one cup of uncooked rice, two cups of chicken stock and one lemon.
Recipe, Cut chicken into small strips and brown in a  pan for one to two minutes, add rice, chicken broth, lemon juice, Basil, Rosemary and any other fresh herbs you desire into pan. Pop lid on top and leave for 25 minutes. It couldn’t be simpler!
