It's time for another 30 Day Challenge & this time its the one thats been
missing... LEGS! Hate hearing how so many of you are yet to get your
pins out because you don't feel confident so this short video and easy
workout should have you all doing the can-can in no time!
Don't forget to take a 'before' photo so that you can see your progress through
the 30 days. If you are experiencing pain or are unable to workout on one
of the days then please skip the day but add it onto the end of the challenge.
These exercises are designed to fit around you, take what you want from it
and combine it with other exercises on 30 day challenges. It's all about
making it work for you.

out and put it on your fridge so its easy to follow, then watch the 3minute
