30 DAY CHALLENGE // TONED THIGHS


It's time for another 30 Day Challenge & this time its the one thats been 
missing... LEGS! Hate hearing how so many of you are yet to get your 
pins out because you don't feel confident so this short video and easy
workout should have you all doing the can-can in no time!



Don't forget to take a 'before' photo so that you can see your progress through
the 30 days. If you are experiencing pain or are unable to workout on one
of the days then please skip the day but add it onto the end of the challenge.



These exercises are designed to fit around you, take what you want from it
and combine it with other exercises on 30 day challenges. It's all about
making it work for you. 


All you have to do is save the above written plan to your phone or print
out and put it on your fridge so its easy to follow, then watch the 3minute 
video below to see a step by step tutorial on how to do the exercises!

  1. Will these be less effective if i do them at different times through out the day ? Instead of all at one time? x

    1. Hi Sarah, i would recommend doing them all together as it keeps your heart pumping faster, therefore burning more calories and really working the muscle, however if you need to split then go for it xxx

  2. I am so excited! I just found out about you today and I feel like I've known you for ages, like your my big sister or something. Anyway, I discovered you within an hour and have seen almost all of your videos and your posts. But your weight story really really opened my eyes. I'm about to turn 20 and have been in my first serious live in relationship (since the past year) and have just ssen how much of my goals and really of myself I've given up in order to please. Now, I was never thin like you were, but before I met my boyfriend now I was starting to make changes in my life to become healthier and lose weight and become strong. But after we met and the honeymoon phase was over, I just kept putting everything on the back burner, and didn't even realize how bad my health and weight had gotten because my boyfriend (like yours) really can't be bothered about my figure. He tells me I'm beautiful etc, and it become sooo easy to just ignore the issues and chow down on pizza and beer and chips like your boyfriend does. You helped me realize that I need to focus on me, and you have done so much more for me than I can even describe. I feel like I've finally met someone who understands, and I am sure I am not the only one. Thank you so much for being there and putting those videos out and the posts and everything. You've helped me more than I ever thought a friend or family member could (much less you being a stranger to me)

  5. I do a lot of squats but I presume ass-to-the-grass ones work a different muscle group? They are SO hard. Feel the burnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn xox

  6. While it was a good article the key to getting a thigh gap is to do exercises that pull the thighs TOGETHER....squats are good for overall toning but you need to try exercises like lying on your side and raising on leg (bent) in the air..or squeezing one of those large gym balls between your legs for a count of 10 then releasing..do this for 3 sets of 8.this REALLY hits the muscles of the inner thigh!

  10. Oh my gosh I am so happy I found your site. I just tried your 30 day leg challenge and it kicked my butt so much that I could only do I rep of each exercise. I can't wait to see the results. Thanks for these videos.
